Senior Business Analyst
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business analysis or process improvement experience
- Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into operational and system requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving with experience taking initiative and prioritizing complex tasks and projects
- Use of independent judgment to make decisions regarding operations and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives
- Experience with automated accounting or financial systems
- Must be proficient in computer software applications including Excel, Access and Word.
Desirable experience:
- Working knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations
- Experience creating training materials
