Senior IT Support Consultant
REQUIRES:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent field, or an equivalent combination education/progressively responsible work experience.
- Typically 3 years’ experience supporting enterprise level vended and/or custom developed applications, including the following skillsets:
- Implementing, supporting, troubleshooting, training users and maintaining enterprise level software applications, including management of user accounts, security, application functionality, and end user workflow documentation.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports or other report writing and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated skill in providing computer system and application security using best practice concepts and techniques.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service, project management and organizational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a healthcare or health related industry.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software and peripherals.
