Senior IT Support Consultant - Project Implementation
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements
Experience (typically 3-5 years) supporting workstations running Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365.
Experience (typically 3-5years) running small to large IT related projects in an enterprise environment.
Experience working with desktop hardware and software in an enterprise IT environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with a diverse population of technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to move and install IT equipment.
Experience working effectively within a team and independently.
Desirable Qualifications
Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to disarm escalated situations with all levels of personnel.
Experience with ITIL frameworks and/or LEAN principles.
Experience triaging risks associated with non-standardized hardware and software configurations.
Demonstrated ability to guide and align diverse talent with assigned work.
Experience working in a health care or health industry environment.
