Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Availability to provide on-call support as shared with a systems administrator. 
  • Three or more years of experience providing desktop support and customer service to technical and non-technical staff.
  • Three or more years of experience in a systems administrator or equivalent position.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Computer programming proficiency with a high-level language such as C, Java, C#, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Mosaiq and other software applications used in Radiation Oncology.
  • Experience implementing and ensuring secure systems in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with database server administration.
