SPHERES Program Coordinator/Educational Support Services Specialist - School of Earth, Environment and Sustainability
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in education, student development, counseling or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience providing a comparable level of expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year administrative, supervisory, and/or program management experience.
- Experience working with students, interns, or other early-career professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- At least three years administrative, supervisory, and/or program management experience.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. higher education, counseling) or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in the area of recruitment, internships, and placement.
- Experience in public speaking, technical writing, and/or teaching.
- Familiar with university policies and procedures.
