Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education/Student Development or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience (typically 1-3 years) working with disciplinary procedures within a higher education setting or a related field.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in computer software applications including database management, such as cloud-based management tools, Maxient, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree (MA)
  • Experience using student conduct database software, preferably the Maxient system.
  • Work experience (typically 6mo-1yr) in public speaking and/or teaching.
  • Work experience (typically 6mo-1yr) developing and delivering training in an educational setting.
