Supervisor, Tech Connection and Apple Service Center

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Retail experience involving customer service, inventory management, and cash handling responsibilities (typically 1-3 years)
• Supervisory experience (typically 1-3 years)
• Demonstrated commitment and ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups while appreciating the unique contributions of diverse individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with Apple and Microsoft operating systems and hardware
• Basic help desk knowledge and ability to provide effective and efficient real-time support for a variety of technology users
• Basic experience (typically 1-3 years) anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems
• Knowledge of UI policies, procedures, and regulations
• Supervisory experience of part-time staff (typically 6 months - 1 year)
• Experience developing and implementing staff training
• Apple certification: Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) or ability to obtain upon hire (training provided and paid for by department).
