Supply Chain Coordinator - North Liberty Campus
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- One year of experience within supply management, docking, receiving, warehousing and/or distribution setting
- One year of experience applying procedures, methods and techniques commonly used to receive, store and distribute products through experience operating manual and electric powered mobile handling equipment.
- One year of experience developing and using tools, techniques, and practices for updating and maintaining inventory and distribution functions within PeopleSoft or other automated inventory system.
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Create working relationships with team members, caregivers, vendors, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously
- Experience with Qtrak, PeopleSoft, Omnicell, Linen Helper and ScrubEx
- Experience with mail distribution
- Experience with medical gas distribution
