Supply Chain Coordinator - North Liberty Campus

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• One year of experience within supply management, docking, receiving, warehousing and/or distribution setting
• One year of experience applying procedures, methods and techniques commonly used to receive, store and distribute products through experience operating manual and electric powered mobile handling equipment.
• One year of experience developing and using tools, techniques, and practices for updating and maintaining inventory and distribution functions within PeopleSoft or other automated inventory system.
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Create working relationships with team members, caregivers, vendors, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously
• Experience with Qtrak, PeopleSoft, Omnicell, Linen Helper and ScrubEx
• Experience with mail distribution
• Experience with medical gas distribution
