Support Services Coordinator-HCCC Quad Cities Clinic
Education Required
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Requirements
- One year of administrative experience
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer spreadsheets and database applications.
- Ability to demonstrate exemplary customer service and/or patient interaction
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with hospital operations and/or Ambulatory Clinic operations.
- 1- 3 years of administrative experience in healthcare environment.
- Experience scheduling in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Experience providing supervision of staff.
- Experience working with the EPIC system.
- Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate excellent judgement in prioritizing multiple projects and assignments.
- Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations.
