Support Services Specialist
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in Clinic Scheduling and office management: Demonstrates working knowledge and ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of staff, team and department
• Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Internet
• Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills including individuals with communication disorders
• Extensive level proficiency handling confidential records
• Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in handling concurrent objectives and activities, proactively making effective judgements as to prioritizing and time management in a team environment
• Basic understanding of working with third party payers
• Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records
