Test Development Manager
Education or Equivalency Requirement
Master’s degree in educational measurement or an appropriate field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience Required
Substantial (typical 5
years) experience in program management related to the production and
publication of tests, educational or other technical materials.
Demonstrated ability to supervise, consult with, develop, and evaluate multiple individuals contributing to the development of the project or program.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment is required.
Excellent writing and verbal communication
skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications used in test development, including content management systems.
Experience Desired
Substantial (typical 5 plus years) experience in program management, production and publication of a broad range of standardized tests is desirable.
Considerable (typical 3-5 years) experience in editorial services and publication processes is desirable.
