Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in organizational development or organizational psychology, or an equivalent combination of related education and related experience in training and development.

Experience Required:

  • Experience (typically 3-5 years) creating, implementing, and assessing training and organizational development programs around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong commitment to and alignment with the values of the Division with a proven ability to build relationships and deepen connections with individuals, groups, and communities across all races, genders, sexual orientations, generations, and other identities.
  • Demonstrated skills in organizational change management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize various training methodologies and curriculum development skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and application of communication and presentation techniques and relationship building skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and display a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling investigations and dispute resolution.
  • Experience delivering unconscious/implicit bias training.
  • Demonstrated project and program management and assessment experience.
