Education Required: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of office administrative experience and the demonstrated ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge and application of oral and written communication and relationship building skills.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs.
  • Must demonstrate careful attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in and/or appreciation for the studies of translation, international studies, and/or world languages, literatures, and cultures.
  • Working proficiency with social media and the ability to develop fliers and brochures.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and work effectively with diverse individuals in a diverse environment in a constructive and collaborative manner.
