- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience,or multiple related internships for a recent college graduate.
- Some (typically 6 months – 1 year) administrative or program experience.
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in communication techniques (including excellent written and verbal communication skills) and relationship building skills that enables the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Demonstrates working proficiency advising or counseling students.
Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrates a working proficiency in evaluating admission applications, materials, including evaluation of credit and academic records.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of University policies and procedures.
