Position Qualifications:
Education Required
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Hospital Administration, Engineering, Epidemiology or Biostatistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in database management and/or operations reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of clinical and administrative staff and the ability to engage staff and leadership in improvements
• Demonstrated ability to manage several projects and complete them in timeline specified
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or using statistical processing software
Desirable Qualifications
• Tableau experience is highly desired
• Experience within UIHC with hospital administration and clinical departments
• Experience working in a healthcare or health industry environment.
