Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
Experience, typically 1-2 years, in direct student contact at the undergraduate level.
Experience and ability to foster a welcoming and respectful environment for student success.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated constructive and collaborative relationship building skills with a variety of individuals and groups, including peers, leadership, and external constituents.
Desired Qualifications
A Master’s degree.
