Academic Assessment Coordinator - College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Administration
Education Required: Master's degree in a core liberal arts and sciences discipline, a master’s degree in education, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum one year of assessment leadership experience, including familiarity with university undergraduate curriculum, teaching strategies, assessment, and working across disciplines and administrative levels. Three to five years of experience highly desired.
· Experience gathering and analyzing data in an academic context.
· Evidence of excellent written communication skills, demonstrated through the application.
· Experience with individual or small-group coaching or consultation. Evidence of strong presentation and collaboration skills, including an understanding of and appropriate response to an array of audiences with varied professional development needs.
· Minimum one year teaching experience in a college or university setting.
Highly Desired qualifications
· A PhD in a liberal arts and sciences discipline or in a field that provides broadly applicable understanding and skills across liberal arts disciplines.
Desired qualifications
· Proven record of maintaining confidentiality as required by FERPA regulations.
· Familiarity with higher education undergraduate academic policies and practices.
