Academic or Clinical Program Management & Services Specialist
Required Qualifications:
Requires education and a general knowledge associated with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum one (1) year experience in administration or program coordination.
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, quickly, and effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and attention to detail and accuracy in all facets of responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Qualtrics, etc.).
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet UI Risk Management driving requirements.
Requires occasional attendance at meetings, functions, or events outside of normal working hours.
Desirable Qualifications:
Work experience in higher education, preferably in the area of academic medicine or biomedical science.
Knowledge of issues germane to international students and scholars.
Experience and proficiency in public speaking, technical writing, and interpersonal communication.
Experience interpreting University and CCOM policies, procedures and regulations related to budgeting, purchasing and workflow.
