Education Required:
•    A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:
•    Six months-1 year administrative experience supporting the daily operations of an office in a healthcare setting is required.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage small and large group interaction is required.
•    Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Ability to learn and manage software applications related to a healthcare environment. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage time and organize job duties.  
•    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and accurately complete tasks.  

Desirable Qualifications:
•    Previous experience coordinating a training or educational program is highly desirable.
•    Previous experience in academic medicine administration or support is highly desirable. 
•    Previous experience in clinical research support is highly desirable.
•    Recent experience (within 3 years) with surgery specific ACGME and LCME accreditation rules. 
•    Recent experience (within 30 years) with curriculum design.
•    Knowledge of University practices, rules and regulations.
•    Medical terminology experience is desirable.
