Academic Program Management Associate - Hospital Dentistry Institute
REQUIRES:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and calendaring software (i.e., Microsoft Office or Google).
HIGHLY Desirable:
· Considerable (5+ years) administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
· Experience supporting medical/dental Residency program.
· Excellent time management techniques, demonstrating the ability to adapt and handle multiple competing priorities.
· Experience maintaining confidential information.
· Transcription experience.
Desirable:
· Experience with electronic healthcare care record software (Epic/axiUm)
· Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
· Extensive Event Planning Experience.
