Accreditation/Education Project Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of relevant administrative experience and education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Significant experience In Microsoft programs, the use of Outlook in communications, calendaring and organization, plus general PC computer experience to support projects and documentation
The ability to track large and variable data sets and information mandated for reports
Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Proven aptitude in learning quickly and responding to deadlines
At least six months to one year of experience in an administrative role related to educational administration or projects
Significant experience working collaboratively with leadership and support staff (e.g., DEO's, CDA's, program staff, GME Office)
- Experience working with others on complex processes with a preferred three years' experience in an administrative support role
- Reliability in attendance and responsiveness to tight project deadlines
- The ability to track, produce, and organize quantitative and qualitative data for reports
- Knowledge of GME and/or the trajectory of physicians through their educational pathways
- Familiarity with UIHC, the UI and their policies/procedures
