REQUIRES:

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

·         Expertise with calendaring, word processing, and spreadsheeting applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite or Google G Suite).

·         Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully manage deadlines.

·         Experience reconciling financial accounts.

·         Demonstrates experience maintaining confidentiality.

·         Demonstrates experience in providing superior customer service in a healthcare or academic environment.

Highly Desirable:

·         Experience with graphics software such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (or similar program).

·         Experience creating and sending forms through cloud-based services, such as DocuSign.

·         Experience building survey forms and data analysis utilizing Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Sign Up Genius, Doodle Polls (or similar survey program).

·         Working knowledge of web-based tools utilizing databases and internet searches.

·         Experience with Virtual Meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WebEx (or equivalent).

·         Transactional financial experience (cash handling and invoicing).

·         Experience monitoring and reconciling budgets.

·         Large group event planning experience, i.e. reviewing contracts, securing venues, set-up, purchasing supplies/equipment.

·         Proven capacity to navigate high-volume interactions and collaborate with varied stakeholders in large-scale group settings.

·         Knowledge and commitment to uphold federal regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Desirable:

·         Experience serving on organizational committees, representing constituencies, and taking minutes/notes.

·         Adaptability and critical thinking/problems solving skills.
