Administrative Services Coordinator
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 6 months to one year in administrative support, office management and/or program administration
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include proper grammar and punctuation
- Working experience with all basic office equipment and office support products
- Exceptional keyboarding/typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects for multiple managers/divisions with frequent changes
- Ability to work independently with high reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge and experience with UIHC applications:
- ELMS, ERMA, HR Transaction System, OTAC
- Procurement, TDR (Transaction Detail Reports), GL (General Ledger)
- ProTrav, E-Pro (E-Vouchers & PReqs), AP-PO PeopleSoft
- ESC (Enterprise Service Center) and Epic EHR
