Administrative Services Coordinator, Clinical Documentation Improvement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Office administration experience (typically 6 months to 1 year) and the demonstrated ability to carry out ongoing office administration effectively and efficiently are required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel) is required.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Demonstrated high level of organizational skills, task flexibility, and ability to multitask effectively is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allotment, is required.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience utilizing the 3M™ 360 Encompass™ System software is desired.
Experience managing and abstracting large amounts of data is desired.
Customer Service Experience
Experience with Tableau is desired
Familiarity with University Workflow, Procurement Card, ProTrav, and E-Pro systems is desired.
Previous experience coordinating training events or educational programs is desired.
Some knowledge of University of Iowa policies and procedures is desirable.
Prior experience in an academic medical center is desirable.
