Administrator - Digestive Health Center
Education/Licensure Requirements
• Master’s degree in Hospital and Health Administration, or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive, progressive healthcare leadership/administrative experience
• Expertise in financial management, data analysis, practice management, and human resources
• Experience with budget management (e.g., regular use of institutional financial reports to meet monthly and annual targets)
• Demonstrated ability to lead change
• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment
• Considerable knowledge of hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
Desired Qualifications
• Previous experience with a clinic practice
• Previous experience with a procedural service
• Previous experience in an academic medical center
• Previous experience in the administration and management of clinical or procedural settings
• Demonstrated results in improving patient satisfaction levels
• Demonstrated results in improving clinical operations
• Experience managing in a matrix reporting and unionized environment
