Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reasonable (3-5 years) clinical nutrition experience
- Experience in making enteral and parenteral recommendations and selecting appropriate formulas
- Must demonstrate experience working effectively in a diverse environment
Certifications
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required.
- Licensure by the State of Iowa is required.
- A Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) certification is desirable or must be willing to obtain within the first year of employment.
