Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in a health care or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
•    Minimum of three (3) years of direct supervisory experience
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•    Demonstrated commitment to promoting and leading a diverse work environment 

Desirable Qualifications:

•    Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred
•    Minimum of three (3) years administrative/leadership experience within a complex health care environment, i.e.: academic medical center, large hospital, or large health care system
•    Experience with operational improvement initiatives
•    Experience with EPIC or a similar electronic medical record system
•    Experience with People Soft and/or Oracle purchasing software systems
•    Experience with budgeting and cost accounting
