Education Required
•    A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy. 

Experience Requirements
•    Professional licensure (as required) in Occupational Therapy
•    Reasonable (3-5yrs) experience in physical rehabilitation in Occupational Therapy, with a high degree of understanding and skill on one or more areas of assigned responsibility.
•    Experience in a complex multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
•    Demonstrated leadership abilities.
•    Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

Desirable Qualifications
•    Experience providing occupational therapy in an inpatient setting.
•    Prior management and research experience.
•    Experience with process and quality improvement
•    Experience participating in intra-and interdepartmental committees.
