Anesthesia Workroom Manager
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health care or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting and leading a diverse work environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years administrative/leadership experience within a complex health care environment, i.e.: academic medical center, large hospital, or large health care system
- Experience with operational improvement initiatives
- Experience with EPIC or a similar electronic medical record system
- Experience with People Soft and/or Oracle purchasing software systems
- Experience with budgeting and cost accounting
