Required Qualifications:

  • A Masters degree in healthcare or business administration, finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related healthcare, business, or operational management experience.
  • Experience creating, reviewing, and managing financials and budgets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) software applications.
  • Professional job-related experience fostering or promoting a welcoming and respectful work/academic environment where people of all backgrounds and perspectives feel welcome and appreciated; or demonstrated the ability to do so. 

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Operational and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working in a management position that included contributing to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Experience with Epic and Epic reporting functions. 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience managing grant contracts.
  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a healthcare program.
