Assistant Administrator - Center for Disabilities & Development
Required Qualifications:
- A Masters degree in healthcare or business administration, finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related healthcare, business, or operational management experience.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and managing financials and budgets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) software applications.
- Professional job-related experience fostering or promoting a welcoming and respectful work/academic environment where people of all backgrounds and perspectives feel welcome and appreciated; or demonstrated the ability to do so.
Highly Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Operational and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working in a management position that included contributing to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Experience with Epic and Epic reporting functions.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience managing grant contracts.
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience managing or coordinating a healthcare program.
