Assistant Director, Accreditation - GME
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree is required or a combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of progressive experience in program management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating ACGME accreditation requirements.
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong capabilities to work collaboratively in teams.
- Demonstrated achievement developing and evaluating programs and performance related to successful short- and long-term projects.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Qualtrics, Smartsheet, ACGME Accreditation Data System, and MedHub.
- Experience supervising 1-2 staff.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Medical education and experience with ACGME standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with UIHC and GME policies, procedures, and data systems.
