Assistant Director, Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in admissions related work (may include undergraduate experience).
- Must live in the New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania area and be free to travel extensively. Overnight travel, evening, and weekend work.
- The ability to move boxes and materials up to 40 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the University Driving Policy requirements.
Competencies Required:
- Demonstrates a working proficiency level in the following competencies:
- Preparing and delivering effective presentations
- Managing multiple tasks and projects with autonomy, decision-making, and time organization.
- Ability to apply various communications techniques to accommodate a variety of audiences and balance multiple perspectives, including effective listening skills.
- Preparing and delivering effective presentations
- Demonstrates an extensive proficiency level in the following competencies:
- Ability to analyze data and/or situations fully and accurately to reach productive decisions.
- Ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with colleagues within and external to own unit
- Ability to analyze data and/or situations fully and accurately to reach productive decisions.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- 5 years’ experience working in an admissions related field.
- Experience working as a regional admissions representative is highly desired.
- Experience managing a recruitment territory and achieving enrollment goals is highly desired.
- Knowledge of the nature, goals and objectives, and operational aspects of a college or university.

Work Modality: This position is eligible for remote work and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location. The required location for the incumbent home office is New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania.
Compensation: $58,000 to commensurate with Competitive Benefits
