Assistant Lab Manager- Mission Cancer + Blood (Des Moines)

Required Qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology and one-year laboratory training or experience.

Desirable Qualifications

·         Phlebotomy experience

·         2 Knowledge of medical laboratory principles, standards, applications, regulations, and tests.

·         Knowledge of medical laboratory safety, cleanliness, OSHA standards, and infection prevention standard precaution policies and regulations.

·         Knowledge of medical laboratory equipment uses and maintenance.

·         Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
