Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Experience with pharmacology.
- Experience with microscopy.
- Experience with viral-mediated gene delivery (e.g. AAVs).
- A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible postdoctoral experience in a relevant research laboratory environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
- Basic histology techniques (e.g., immunohistochemistry)
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Experience with Graphpad Prism or similar scientific graphing program
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to work independently while being accountable and efficient with time management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with confocal microscopy, light sheet microscopy, and/or multiphoton microscopy.
- Experience with rodent husbandry and managing transgenic mouse lines.
