Associate Director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Employee Experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Professional experience (typically minimum of 3 years) in a leadership role, with specific responsibilities for leading strategic projects and/or programs.
- Deep commitment to and demonstrated success discussing, integrating, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout a complex and dynamic organization.
- Demonstrable presentation skills to clearly convey complex messages to a range of audiences, to articulate points clearly and concisely, and to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of individuals. Possesses organizational awareness and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Demonstrable ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire across all levels within an organization.
- Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Project management experience
- Must have superior MS office skills including report development and presentation.
Desired:
- Continuous improvement attitude, the ability to suggest and implement best practices, and demonstrable cognizance of conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience with engagement, survey, and employee input tools and technology.
- Experience as a working professional managing a program or department in a large, complex organization.
- Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, drive decision-making, and measure impact.
- Produce regular internal communications that promote initiatives, programming, events and progress as well as those that promote the overall employee experience.
