Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Therapy Aide - 80%
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
License/ Certifications:
- Driver’s License and ability to meet University Fleet Safety Guidelines
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience in working with an occupational therapist and/or recreational therapist
- Experience in direct patient care to inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric patients
- Experience assisting inpatients in functional activities (getting in/out of bed, transferring, walking)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training
