POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or arts administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Considerable (typically 3-5 years) related experience managing box office operations and ticket sales.
Demonstrates a WORKING proficiency level in:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior reserved sear ticketing and computer reservation experience.
- Experience with priority seating, donor, and VIP relations.
Desired:
Demonstrates a WORKING proficiency level in:
- Experience with AudienceView ticketing software.
- A demonstrated genuine interest in and knowledge of the arts.
- Experience in a university setting and familiarity with university policies and procedures.
