Education Requirement:

Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in an analytics leadership/management role.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Experience developing and implementing a data and analytics vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and directing a team of data analysts and information technology professionals.
  • Experience interacting with senior business executives and clinical staff.
  • Demonstrated job-related experience and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with EPIC electronic medical records
