Chief Analytics Officer - UIHC
Education Requirement:
Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in an analytics leadership/management role.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience developing and implementing a data and analytics vision, strategy, and execution plan.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and directing a team of data analysts and information technology professionals.
- Experience interacting with senior business executives and clinical staff.
- Demonstrated job-related experience and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with EPIC electronic medical records
