Minimum Eligibility Requirements
· Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment.
Desirable Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills that include customer facing or patient facing experience
· Experience working on computers and navigating multiple systems
· Hospital and/or medical patient scheduling
· Medical terminology
· Experience working in a healthcare environment with patients and using medical records system
