Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, education, or a similar discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 1-3 years of related healthcare, business or education program/project management experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • 6 months to 1 year experience coordinating or managing a medical education program.
  • Knowledge of LCME requirements and standards.
  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
