Required Qualifications
•    A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
•    Minimum of 1-year administrative experience. 
•    Knowledge of patient scheduling, scheduling workflows, and electronic scheduling systems.
•    Occasional evening coverage may be required.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
•    Must be proficient in computer software applications.
•    Experience in customer service and in a patient care field
•    Supervisory experience. 

Desirable Qualifications
•    Experience scheduling in a clinic setting.
•    Supervisory experience of clinical staff.
•    Excellent organizational skills to handle many projects simultaneously.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
•    EPIC and Cadence or other electronic medical records experience.
•    Experience in an academic medical center.
