Clinic Services Manager
Percent of Time: 100%
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week will be accomplished between the times of 7:00am-5:00pm, with rotating lates/evenings, and a Saturday rotation between 7:30am-12:30pm.
Location: Iowa River Landing
Rotations: Saturday rotation.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 3+ years of administrative experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in computer spreadsheet and database applications
· Proficiency in electronic scheduling and visit management system (i.e. EPIC)
Desirable Qualifications
· Previous experience/knowledge (1+ years) of patient scheduling workflow and physician template development/management
· 1+ years of supervisory experience
· Experience with hospital operations and/or Ambulatory Clinic operations
· Knowledgeable in EPIC Cadence functionality
· Ability to facilitate positive outcomes through collaboration and teamwork, establishing and meeting/exceeding department objectives and deadlines
· Knowledge of University of Iowa Health Care policies, procedures, and regulations
