Required:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of six months experience in schedule coordination or administrative work in a health care setting.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as cooperative team member.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating Radiation Oncology services.
  • Experience with the Epic system.  
  • Knowledge of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics policies, procedures, and regulations. 
  • Experience working in an outpatient health care setting is highly desired.
