Clinic Services Specialist (Ortho Work Injury)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 1 year of administrative experience.
- Experience with data collection and dedicated attention to details.
- Experience maintaining records and/or databases.
- Knowledge of basic office routines and functions sufficient to refer visitors and telephone calls and to route correspondences by name and functional area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks on time and maintains quality standards.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of institutional and policies, processes, and forms.
- Experience with Epic
- Ability to make decisions requiring interpretation and judgment
- Working knowledge of orthopedic diagnoses, procedures, and testing.
