Education Requirement: 

  • A Master’s degree in Hospital and Health Administration, Public Health or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience Requirement:

  • 7 years of progressive clinical leadership/administrative/operations management experience in a health care delivery system.
  • Demonstrated results in improving patient satisfaction levels.
  • Strong business, financial, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with budget preparation and implementation.
  • Strong strategic planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Membership in the American College of Hospital Administrators is desirable.
  • Experience in a unionized workplace is desirable.
