Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of related customer service in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with computer software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex information with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • Six months to one year of experience in clinical research
  • Knowledge of Institutional Review Board procedures, FDA regulations and study sponsor guidelines related to clinical trial research
  • Knowledge of the neonatal intensive care population.
  • Experience working with Epic.
