Clinical Trials Research Assistant - Pediatric Neonatology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
- Minimum 6 months of related customer service in a healthcare setting
- Experience with medical terminology.
- Proficiency with computer software applications
- Excellent written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex information with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year of experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of Institutional Review Board procedures, FDA regulations and study sponsor guidelines related to clinical trial research
- Knowledge of the neonatal intensive care population.
- Experience working with Epic.
