POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience tutoring and/or teaching undergraduate students.
- Demonstrated constructive and collaborative relationship-building skills with a variety of individuals and groups including peers, leadership, and internal/external constituents.
- Experience with teaching and/or assessing technical writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically regarding attention to detail and proven sense of urgency when responding to faculty or students’ interaction.
- Experience hiring, supervising, and training staff.
- Demonstrated experience creating and supporting inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
- Experience with assessment of student work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with department or program curriculum development.
