Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience (typically 6 months) working in communications, marketing, related field or internships.
- Effective written and oral communication
- Working experience with organizational communications including writing copy for target audiences.
- Working experience with media creation and design (graphics, photography, video, audio).
- Working experience using social media for public relations and brand identity.
- Working experience with web content management and web design analytics and accessibility tools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Continuous improvement attitude, the ability to suggest and implement best practices.
- Basic knowledge working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Working experience with digital advertising, tracking, and analytics.
- Basic experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, building and segmenting populations.
- Basic experience with social media scheduling software, preferably Buffer.
