Communications Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience (typically 6 months) working in communications, marketing, related field or internships.
• Effective written and oral communication
• Working experience with organizational communications including writing copy for target audiences.
• Working experience with media creation and design (graphics, photography, video, audio).
• Working experience using social media for public relations and brand identity.
• Working experience with web content management and web design analytics and accessibility tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Continuous improvement attitude, the ability to suggest and implement best practices.
• Basic knowledge working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Working experience with digital advertising, tracking, and analytics.
• Basic experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, building and segmenting populations.
• Basic experience with social media scheduling software, preferably Buffer.
