The University of Iowa is seeking a Coordinator for Dance Marathon Programs to co-advise The University of Iowa Dance Marathon (UIDM) student organization by promoting, coordinating, and evaluating Dance Marathon events, fundraisers, & other initiatives with a primary focus given to campus events including the planning of the annual BIG Event. This position will oversee the recruitment of 2,000+ participants and all leadership training for 100+ Dance Marathon student leaders. In addition, this position will oversee Dance Marathon Family interaction, including event planning, database management, and providing general feedback. This position is full-time and requires attendance at some weekend and evening meetings/events during peak periods of the calendar.
