Required Qualifications:

 Education: MS degree in biology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3 years of experience working with mice or small rodents

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strict attention to detail/strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Desired Qualifications:

Microinjection of Experience with DNA/RNA/RNP into pronuclei (and/or cytoplasm) of mouse zygotes

Zygote electroporation.

Experience with embryo manipulation and microsurgery

Experience with assisted reproductive technology and animal husbandry

Experience with Adeno-associated virus (production, purification, or use in a small rodent models)

Knowledge and understanding of CRISPR/Cas design and technology

Experience with developing/implementing PCR genotyping strategies
